Payment & Cancellation Policies


A 50% deposit of the total price is required within 15 days of making your reservation.  The balance is due at the time of your departure from the Bighorn River View Lodge and Cabins.

Our receipt of your deposit implies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.


If you must cancel your trip, a full refund will be issued if notice of cancellation is provided in writing at least 45 days before your arrival.

Any cancellation within 30 days will result in a 100% charge unless the guide or room can be rebooked.

During the months of May, June, July, and August no cancellations will be allowed.

Parties who arrive with fewer members than are actually booked will be charged for the number of guests booked at the time of the reservation.

No adjustments will be made for early departures.

We depend on advance reservations and when you cancel your reservation with us, chances are we’ve already turned away others.

Please consider trip cancellation insurance: We cannot make refunds due to medical, family or business emergencies or other unexpected events.

If any rental equipment is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility to pay the full charges. If you borrow a guides’ rod and it breaks, it is your responsibility to pay the guide for repair or replacement.


For deposits, we accept personal checks and money orders.

When checking out, we accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
